Terms of Service

EveIskFlow ("we", "us") builds and sells in-game EVE Online capital ships directly. We are the builder of every hull listed on this site, not a listing service or broker for third-party sellers. Ships are sold exclusively for in-game currency (ISK) via the EVE Online in-game contract system.

All ships, ISK, and related items referenced on this site are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. We do not sell, buy, or facilitate the exchange of real-world currency for ISK or in-game items.

Use of this service is subject to and must comply with Fenris Creations' End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Service governing EVE Online. Nothing on this site should be construed as encouraging real-money trading (RMT), botting, or any other activity prohibited by Fenris Creations.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with the Fenris Creations EULA or TOS, the Fenris Creations EULA and TOS take precedence.

All transactions are completed via in-game contract (courier or item exchange) within the EVE Online client. Listed prices are denominated in ISK and are subject to change without notice until a contract is issued.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from a pilot accepting contracts outside of our verified process, or from providing ISK or assets to any party claiming to represent EveIskFlow outside of an official in-game contract.

Once we issue an in-game contract for your order, you must accept it within 3 days. If a contract isn't accepted within this window, it will be cancelled, the hull will be relisted for sale, and any reserved slot is forfeited.

Repeatedly failing to accept issued contracts is treated as bad-faith ordering. Pilots who do this more than once may be banned from placing future orders on this site, and we reserve the right to report the pattern to the pilot's corporation and/or alliance leadership.

Discount codes and store-wide promotions are offered at our discretion and may be changed, restricted, or withdrawn at any time without notice. A discount code and an active store-wide promotion never stack — whichever saves you more is the one applied to your order.

Codes are limited to one redemption per pilot, and any code restricted to a specific character, corporation, or alliance may only be used by a pilot matching that restriction. We reserve the right to cancel an order or revoke a discount if these limits are circumvented.

A listing marked "Building" is open for pre-order: the ISK price shown is locked in at the time you arrange the order with us, ahead of the hull's completion. Build timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may shift with production queue and material availability.

We will keep you informed of significant delays to a pre-ordered hull. Pre-order cancellation and any refund of ISK already paid toward a build slot are handled case-by-case — contact us in-game before assuming a default policy.

Ships are listed "as fit" at the time of listing. Fittings, location, and availability are subject to change prior to contract acceptance. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific hull.

To the fullest extent permitted, EveIskFlow's liability arising from use of this service is limited to the ISK value of the specific transaction in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
